Some of the hospitality committee have volunteered to be neighborhood block captains: Gloria Broedel, Audrey Duck, Betty Ecklund, Millie Hellmann, Beverley Loseke, Betty Morgan, Sandy Ramsey, and Flo Sudduth. They will be delivering important information to their neighbors. If you have any information concerning the well being of one of our neighbors you may contact your neighborhood block captain or the office. |
PLEASE,
PLEASE, PLEASE,
use the monthly sign-up sheet to indicate which activities you will be attending at the clubhouse. This is important information for the purchase of food and drink and the setting up of furniture. You can notify the office if you are unable to attend the event. There will be a deadline posted. Making your reservation on the sign-up sheet will prevent unnecessary work and expenses. Outside guests must be registered with the clubhouse office before attending any events. When food, beverage and entertainment are on the program there will be a special charge for outside guests. |

To everyone at Heritage Pines, Thank you for a wonderful year. It has been my pleasure to work for you this past year. We’ve been through many growing pains and we survived. All of your support has been greatly appreciated. This is a wonderful community and all of you should be proud of the community you have established. What ever our problems and concerns were they became miniscule after September. The chance for life and new friendships has outweighed other problems. I look forward to working with you in 2002, Betty |
