| Anyone interested in forming a bingo group should come to a planning session on March 11. We will try to determine a day and time for bingo to be played. If you are unable to attend the meeting please drop a note by the office about what your wishes are in forming a bingo group.

| The next Town Meeting of the Heritage Pines Homeowners Association will be held in the clubhouse on Tuesday, March 19 at 6:00 pm, Tom Desimpel, will be presiding. This meeting is open to all homeowners. Fertilization for Heritage Pines has only been budgeted for the common areas. It is up to the individual homeowner to take care of his/her own program. Hunt Landscaping has a flyer with the prices for this service in the lobby. There is a sign up sheet for anyone interested in acquiring this service.

animals. Chapter 4 Animals and Fowl, Article 1, Section 4-9 says It shall
be unlawful for any owner, possessor, or harborer of any animal to allow such
animal(s) under his or her control, whether at large or under restraint, to defecate on the property of another or upon any public property or public right-of-way. |

Ladies
Lunch The best soup and salad bar in town is at the Ladies Lunch. Everyone signs the clip board as to what she is bringing. What a selection it is! It is held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. February 20 is this month’s date. The time has changed to 12:30 pm. |

Kathy Ellis, public fire educator from the Town of Cary will be here in March. She will give us lessons on how to properly use a fire extinguisher. There will also be time for questions and answers. Scheduled date March 13. We have many fire extinguishers around the clubhouse and it is important we know how to work with them in an emergency.
