COMMUNITY MEETING

A meeting for all Heritage Pines residents will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2005, at 6:30 pm in the clubhouse. Board members headed by President Karl Beyer as well as  representatives from Lennar and Westminster Homes will attend. Issues to be addressed are: status of the 2005 budget, status of the annual audit, a discussion of operational changes and establishment of committees. Please consider serving on one of these committees: Social, Landscape/Grounds, Finance, Architectural Control, Clubhouse/Pool. This is the opportunity for you to take an active roll in your community.

CLUBHOUSE ANNIVERSARY
OPEN HOUSE

Don’t forget to join all your neighbors for an anniversary dessert bash on Sunday afternoon,  January 30, 2005, from 2:00-4:00 pm in the clubhouse. Our special  entertainment for the afternoon will be Anita Burroughs-Price, principal harpist with the North Carolina Symphony. Delectable desserts and beverages will be served. Come and celebrate the fourth anniversary of your  community. Sign up deadline, Monday, 1/24.
 

Come join the fun and cheer for your team on Sunday, February 6, 2005, beginning at 5:30 pm in the clubhouse. This is a pot luck  dinner so bring one of your  favorite dishes to share. Please call Walt & Sandy Ramsey if you have any questions. Sign up by noon, Monday,1/31.

ANNUAL DOUGHNUT DAY

Doughnuts and coffee will be served in the clubhouse on Tuesday, February 8, 2005, starting at 9:00 am. Sign up
deadline, Monday 1/31.
