Heritage Pines Community Association Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the Heritage Pines Community Association will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2006, at 6:30 pm at Green Hope High School. Each homeowner will be receiving information about the
meeting and a proxy form which can be filled out in case you cannot
attend the meeting.

Old Fashioned Rhythm and Blues Night

On Saturday, January 21 come and enjoy a feast of roast beef, gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, yeast rolls, salad, apple cobbler, iced tea & coffee catered by Duncan Junctions and then listen & dance to the great music of the Countdown Quartet. This combo is under the direction of Steve Grothmann, son of HP residents, Nan & Bill Grothmann.

You may have heard them at a
benefit outdoor concert for Katrina victims. This is their first appearance at HP so let’s welcome them with a great crowd. The cost is $15.00 per person.

The doors will open at 5:30 pm, dinner will be served at 6:00 and the music will wail from 7:00 to 9:00. If you enjoy rhythm, blues and Dixie land music, don’t miss this event. Space is limited to 80 and the deadline to register is noon, Monday, January 9th, so sign up now!

Ladies Luncheon

The January ladies Brown Bag lunch will feature the annual “White Elephant” exchange. Bring the article from your home that you dislike the most and let one of your neighbors enjoy it for the coming year. The date is Tuesday,
January 17, at 12:30 pm in the clubhouse. Reservations are
limited to the first 80.

Round Dancing

Beginning on Monday, January 2, 2006, Jack Snyder will be teaching round dancing in the clubhouse every Monday at 7:30 pm. Come and have fun while learning a new skill or improving an already acquired one. Please register on the signup sheet.
