Ladies Luncheon

Roses are red, violets are blue
We are hosting a Valentine’s ladies luncheon just for you!
So you don’t have to cook
Or fuss (not a bit!)
We are having it catered
So you can just sit!
We are hoping you’ll join us
We will have lots of fun
Good food, good company Something for everyone!

The luncheon will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2006 (please note the change of days) at 12:30 pm in the clubhouse. The cost is $8.00 per person and will be catered by The Food Factory. Menu: Wraps (Boar’s Head cold cuts), salad, dessert and beverages. The deadline to register is noon Monday, January 30th.. Any questions, please contact Barbara Lipson or Angie DeVita.

Super Bowl Tailgate Party

Walt & Sandy Ramsey will host the annual super bowl tailgate party on Sunday, February 5 at 5:30 pm. The cost is $1 for hot dogs and
Fixings. You are asked to bring something to share: snacks, salads, casseroles, or desserts. The deadline for signing up is noon, Monday, January 30 for the first 80 to register.

Pot Luck Dinner

On Saturday, February 11, a pot luck dinner will be held in the clubhouse starting at 6:00 pm. Please call Jeanette Adamski if you have any questions. The deadline to register is noon, Monday, February 6 and the attendance is limited to 80.

Robotic Exploration of the Solar System

On Monday, February 13, 2006, at 1:00 pm in the HP clubhouse, Woody Taylor, the son-in-law of HP residents Bill & Louise Reinders, will present an informative and potentially entertaining discussion of the efforts of NASA and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory to explore our celestial neighborhood. Beginning with a photographic tour of our solar system, the presentation will include mission briefings for Cassini’s trip to the rings of Saturn & Spirit and Opportunity’s wildly successful wanderings on Mars. Woody has been a volunteer member of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s Solar System Ambassador Program since 1999. Please register on the sign up sheet.
