Meet Your Management
Team

Save Tuesday, March 6, 2-4 pm to meet the Dickson Properties management team for Heritage Pines. This is the first of several meetings that will be held to inform all HP residents about your managers and their endeavors on your behalf. At this gathering, you will be introduced to the new property manager, Mona Best, who is replacing Dawn Hatcher. Check the addendum page to learn more about Mona. Since there is no formal agenda, you can drop in any time between 2 and 4. Attending from Dickson Properties will be Mona, Dawn and Betty.

Refreshments will be served and the deadline for signing up is noon,
Monday, March 5th.

Ladies Pot Luck Lunch

The March Ladies Pot Luck
Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, March 20th at 12:30 pm. The speaker will be Laurie Holley owner of Triangle Aquatics & Fitness. She
received her Bachelor of Science in therapeutic recreation from East Carolina University and her Master of Science in recreation administration from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. In 1991 she joined the City of Raleigh’s Aquatics Division of Parks & Recreation as an  arthritis, aquacise and water safety instructor. In 2001 she began teaching aquacise at Heritage Pines. She will talk about the aquatics program at Heritage Pines that will begin In May 07.

The deadline for registering for the luncheon is noon, Monday, March 12th.

Chili Cook-off

Don’t forget the Chili Party on
Saturday, March 3rd. The party is closed and there is a waiting list so please call the office if you need to cancel so another homeowner can take your place.

The Computer Doc Is In

HP resident, Rex Hoppa has offered to hold computer training classes here at Heritage Pines. He will hold two exploratory sessions to see if enough residents are interested in attending.

The information meetings will be held on Thursday, March 1 and Friday, March 2 at 3:00 pm in the Craft Room of the clubhouse. Please register on the sign up sheet.  Capacity is 20 per meeting and the deadline is noon, Monday, February 26.
