1st Saturday Night
at the Clubhouse
Pot Luck Dinner
There will be a pot luck supper in the clubhouse on Saturday, January 5 at
5:30 pm. The deadline for signing up is noon, Wednesday, December 26 & there
is a $1.00 charge. Please call Nancy White with what you are bringing to the
meal.
The 1st Saturday Night of each month there will be a dinner at the
clubhouse - it will be a time to gather with your neighbors.
Annual Meeting of the Heritage
Pines
Community Association
We are working on a location to hold the annual meeting in
January. You will be notified as soon as the details have been confirmed.
Book Club
date change
The Heritage Pines Book Club has moved their
meeting date from January 1 to January 8 at the same time 1:00 pm. The book
for January is The Kitchen God’s Wife by Amy Tan. If you need any more
information please contact
Linda Thompson.

Grounds Committee
Meeting
date change.
In January the grounds committee will meet on Tuesday, January 15 at 9:30 am
instead of January 1.
Ladies “Dress Down”
Brown Bag Luncheon
The January ladies’ luncheon will be held on Tuesday, January 15 at 12:30 pm
in the clubhouse. This will be a brown bag lunch (fast food, grocery deli,
restaurant or just make your own) and there is a $2.00 charge. DO NOT bring
dessert it will be waiting for you.
Now is the time to get rid of that “beautiful” gift that you don’t like and
don’t want. Please wrap the
artifact and bring it to the luncheon so you can exchange it for another
“wonderful” treasure. The deadline for reservations is noon, Monday, January
7. Come and have fun with your friends and neighbors.

Sign Up Sheets and Addendum
You may turn in your signup sheet beginning 10 am, Wednesday, December 19
during office hours. None will be accepted before that time. Any sheets
shoved under the door will not be accepted. If you are unable to deliver
your sign up sheet to the office, you may ask a neighbor or friend to take
your sheet. Each resident is limited to one (1) extra sheet. Thank you for
your patience as we try to work on making event sign up pleasurable for
everyone.
A separate check is required for the “lottery events”.
